Pumpkin Cream Cheese Pie

ingredients

• 2 graham cracker pie crusts
• 1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese
• 1 TBS milk
• 3 TBS sugar
• 1 cup cold milk
• 1 large box instant vanilla pudding
• 1 can of pumpkin
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp ground ginger
• 1/4 tsp ground cloves
• Cool Whip

the making of it

1. Cream together milk, cream cheese & sugar.
2. Fold in 1/2 of the Cool Whip to this mixture.
3. Spread this mix into the bottom of pie crusts.
4. In a separate bowl, mix pudding, milk, spices, & pumpkin.
5. Spread this mixture over the cream cheese layer.
6. Top with Cool Whip and chill for 4 hours.
7. Slice and serve.
