This is a gentle space. Comments that are unkind, spammy, or hurtful won't be approved. Life's too short and the mountains are too pretty for anything else.

Recipes are shared from my own kitchen with love, but every stove, oven, and pantry is a little different. Please use your best judgment (and a good meat thermometer) when cooking.
