Peach Dream Pie

ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (crust)
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup melted butter (or use a store-bought crust to skip baking entirely)
• Two 8-ounce packages of softened cream cheese (filling)
• One 3-ounce package of peach Jell-O (dry)
• 1/2 cup dry coffee creamer
• 8 ounces of whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
• Fresh peach slices (garnish)

the making of it

1. Make the Crust: Mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into a pie pan and bake at 375°F for 6 minutes, then let it cool completely. (Skip this step if using a store-bought crust.)
2. Mix the Filling: Beat the softened cream cheese, dry peach Jell-O, dry coffee creamer, and whipped topping together in a bowl until smooth and well combined.
3. Assemble: Pour the filling into your cooled or store-bought crust and spread it evenly to the edges.
4. Chill and Serve: Place the pie in the refrigerator to chill for several hours until set. Garnish with fresh peach slices before serving.
