Chicken & Dumplings

ingredients

• 2-2.5 lbs chicken tenders
• 1 stick of butter
• 32 oz chicken broth
• 1.5 TBS chicken bouillon
• 1 (10.5 oz) can of cream of chicken soup
• 2 cans of water
• 2 small cans (5 biscuits each) buttermilk flakey biscuits
• Garlic powder
• Onion powder

the making of it

1. Pour the chicken broth into your pot.
2. Add in 1 stick of butter, bouillon, cream of chicken, and two cans of water.
3. Bring to a rolling boil.
4. Reduce to medium heat still keeping a boil and add in chicken tenders. Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
5. Pull chicken onto a plate.
6. Open biscuits and pinch off and drop into the simmering pot.
7. Let simmer while you shred chicken tenders on plate.
8. When dumplings are done cooking add back in shredded chicken.
9. Bowl and serve.
