Vegetable Pizza

Fresh, crunchy and full of flavor — crescent crust with creamy ranch spread and a rainbow of chopped veggies. A party or potluck favorite.

ingredients

  • 1 roll of crescent rolls
  • 1 block (8oz) cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 package ranch dip mix
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
  • 2 cups chopped veggies of choice

the making of it

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the crescent dough out to make a crust.
  3. Bake for 8 minutes, or until done. Let cool.
  4. Mix cream cheese, mayo, and ranch pack well. Spread on the crust.
  5. Chop veggies and top the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Cut and serve.

notes

Only sauce and top what you will eat. Store baked crust in airtight container up to 4 days. You can sauce and top the pizza before you eat if eating over several days.
