French Dip Pinwheels

ingredients

• 1 large pack of deli roast beef
• 1 pack of white American cheese
• 2 large yellow onions, sliced thin
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tbsp butter
• Garlic
• Butter, salt, & pepper to taste
• Au Jus sauce packet
• 3 cups beef broth
• 2 cans of crescent rolls
• Worcestershire sauce

the making of it

1. Put thin-sliced onions, 1 tbsp Worcestershire, 2 tbsp butter, salt, pepper, and garlic into a pan. Cook until caramelized.
2. While the onions are cooking, open the crescents and divide. You should have two rectangles. Pinch the seams together on each of the two rectangles.
3. Lay out roast beef on top of the rectangle and cheese with them.
4. Add in your cooked onion mixture, and roll each rectangle up into a log.
5. Cut each into slices.
6. Lay the slices on a baking sheet and bake until rolls are done (took me 30-45 minutes).
7. Make your au Jus sauce per package directions, sub the water for beef broth.
8. Serve rolls with a cup of au jus sauce and enjoy!
